We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative in Commerce, CA. The individual must be able to develop and maintain successful processes to meet our customers’ expectations for outstanding service. We offer flexible hours and great pay!

- Customer interaction
- Purchase order management
- Shipping/receiving reconciliation
- Inventory management
- Accurate billing
Skills:
- Excellent phone skills and communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking & organizational skills
- Must have strong computer skills with Word and Excel
Qualifications:
- Ability to interact with all levels of personnel
- Sense of urgency to complete workload & projects in a timely manner
- Handle heavy workloads with large amounts of data entry
- Personal integrity, focused, proactive, detail-oriented & dependable
- Demonstrate initiative & follow-through
- Personality & work habits compatible with existing workforce
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
