We are a South Bay, Los Angeles based (XXXXA Blue Book rated) produce Export Company looking for an individual to become a part of our sales team. A sales representative must work harmoniously with the existing sales team to provide top notch service to our customers, be a driving growth of sales and someone who is able to problem solve to overcome daily challenges. A sales representative will be responsible for communicating with vendors and customers on a regular basis, buying and selling, data entry, and managing logistical aspects of the export business. Ideal candidates would have a working knowledge of air export and the fresh foods supply chain. Must be self-motivated and resourceful!
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the fresh produce industry
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of operating a PC, must be efficient in MS Word, Excel and Office
- Must be proficient in Access based data entry
- Ability to start work in the early morning and work until the job is complete
Salary based on experience along with excellent compensation package
