Compensation/Salary: 
Salary plus Commission
Requirements: 
  • Has shown success in a sales role in which leads are self-developed 
  • Business or Culinary degree 
  • Positive experience in a related position
  • Able to work on own and deliver high results
  • Understanding of lead generation / qualification and selling 
  • Strong sales acumen
  • Great organizational skills
  • Able to interact with clients at all levels
  • Acts quickly and decisively
  • Analytical and creative
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, at all levels
Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Develop leads by staying up to date in the ever changing and exciting restaurant scene
  • Keep a positive & fun attitude during the challenging day to day
  • Drive food sales and revenue within a specific geographical region
  • Existing territory and account management
  • Pricing, competitive analysis, negotiations, up to date product knowledge
  • Customer compliance
  • Ensure seasonal produce forecasting is accurate and all data related to clients is kept up to date 
  • Work closely with Regional Sales Manager and teammates to support company and regional initiatives
Education: 
  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree preferred
Qualifications: 
  • 2-3 years Food industry Outside Sales/Chef experience and/or restaurant Experience A+. 
  • Customer service, outside sales, territory management.
  • Self-confidence, client relationships, prospecting skills, negotiation and presentation skills.
