Sales Executive

Job Description: 

N2N Global is an enterprise software company that develops, manufactures, markets, distributes, and services application software for companies operating in the perishables and food supply chain. We are currently seeking a Sales Executive who will be based out of our Longwood, FL location. This job will entail actively pursuing growth opportunities, by developing new clients and maintaining good relationships with existing clients.  The ideal candidate will drive new business growth across all facets of the business in line with the sales targets/budgets set by the Sales Executive and the Sales Manager.  This individual will continuously promote sales activities personally, by developing and concentrating on new key accounts.

Responsibilities & Duties: 

Sales

  • Meet high-volume sales & performance-based goals while working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Build a connection between the current market and future market with N2N Global.
  • Assist management in making the appropriate decisions in the discussions with forthcoming products and special promotions.
  • Display the efficiency in gathering the customers and market information to enable conflict resolution regarding the customer specifications to their managers, delivery and the variation in the prices.
  • Visiting and performing demos for potential customers for new business.
  • Representation of the company in a Sales capacity.
  • Handle Incoming RFP/RFI.
  • Conduct initial visit, SOP preparation, identify objections.
  • Coordinate secondary/detailed product review, i.e. address objections and identify required third party hardware/software/services.
  • Create application software and hardware proposals.
  • Follow-up on proposal and insure objections have been addressed.
  • Prepare reports using sales force and other tools.
  • Prepare Authorizations to Purchase and Purchase Orders for third party hardware/software/services.
  • Coordinate Smooth Start services.
  • Perform follow-up and courtesy calls.
  • Monitor the early stages of new client relationships to insure orderly transition.
  • Insure smooth transition and installation of third party hardware/software/services.
  • Other duties or tasks may be assigned on an as-needed basis.

Marketing

  • Trade show booth, i.e. insure relevancy of information, graphics and messages, Insure working efficiency of all equipment (CD player, projector, technical connectivity, lights, etc.  Set up and dismantle booth and logistical equipment at show.
  • Other duties or tasks may be assigned on an as-needed basis.

Business Development

  • Represent N2N at industry and third party events.
  • Create relationships with agencies, trade organizations, consultants, and business partners.
  • Other duties or tasks may be assigned on an as-needed basis.

IBM

  • Procure technical and sales knowledge to re-market IBM Hardware/Systems Software/Services.
  • Create business relationships that can be leveraged with N2N Global solutions, i.e. software solutions.
  • Other duties or tasks may be assigned on an as-needed basis.
Education: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing, or equivalent is required.
  • Must get certified in technical sales for System (i) within 90 days of employment.
Skills: 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Thorough understanding of the Agribusiness industry.
  • Knowledge of all N2N applications.
  • Good knowledge of IBM software services and IBM hardware are required.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be able to travel in the US and internationally.  A current passport is required at all times.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours when needed and committed to getting the job done.
Qualifications: 
  • 2 + years of current multi-unit restaurant channel sales experience required.
  • 5 + years Sales experience with an IT Company is preferred but not required.
  • Previous Food Industry experience is preferred but not required.
