This National Award Winning Florida Citrus Juice Company seeks a Domestic/International Sales and Marketing Director. The candidate will direct/manage the sales department, mentor/oversee the marketing department and sell Squeezed Fresh Citrus juice to world markets. The Position is based in Fort Pierce, Florida and will require extensive domestic/international travel.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Proactively creating opportunities for additional sales with new and existing customers
- Maintaining complete and accurate records of all sales and customers
- Maintaining and developing working relationships with the team
- Seeking to improve sales revenue in line with established sales targets
- Providing sales support and superior customer service to existing customers while also acquiring new clientele
- Must have a good working relationship with your customers
Qualifications:
This successful candidate will have:
- A 4 year college degree
- At minimum 6 successful aggressive years of sales experience and a working knowledge of international business practices
- Candidates with a second language and knowledge of world affairs will be preferred
- Computer proficiency, a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent organizational & negotiating skills
- Sound knowledge of proven sales processes
- Comprehensive understanding of market conditions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make sound decisions and solve problems
