We are currently seeking a Bilingual Operations and Warehouse Manager to join our team in Vernon, California to work closely with all departments within the organization. This individual will manage warehouse and operations staff to meet company objectives related to shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, packing operations and associated functions in support of sales and customer needs.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage warehouse and operations staff to meet company objectives related to shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, packing operations and associated functions in support of sales and customer needs
- Plan, organize, and control all aspects of the warehouse and production operation.
- Communicate company approved processes, goals, and expectations to all employees within the department.
- Monitor efficiency and effectiveness and make operational changes as needed to improve them.
- Maintain the health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the building and staff. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with all food safety rules and regulation
Qualifications:
- Bilingual is must, Spanish preferred
- Strong leadership skills; the ability to manage teams and lead employees
- Computer proficiency Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make sound decisions and solve problems
- Self-motivation and initiative to follow through on daily assignments
