Within this job you are responsible for sales, promotion and product line assortment of all leafy green crops. You collaborate with different departments within the company, marketing, breeding, logistics, and product development to optimize the offering to our main customers. The Account Manager communicates with customers about complex issues and helps build mutually beneficial solutions. You manage and monitor customer forecasts and developments.
We are looking for an Account Manager with:
- At least a Bachelor degree in Business, Agriculture or related field
- 3 – 5 year managerial experience
Furthermore you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills - oral and written, ability to make presentations to customer, senior management and others. Strong influencing and negotiation skills are essential for this job. You will need excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to establish, build and maintain business relationships and strong understanding of market trends and commodity.
