River Ridge Farms is a growing wholesale nursery in Oxnard, CA that ships high quality lavender, potted herbs and blooming plants to major retailers and supermarket chains. We are looking for a motivated and qualified Account Manager to maintain active accounts and to build and cultivate new accounts. Commissions will be earned on all assigned accounts and quarterly incentives are established by account and paid once company and customer goals are met.
- Proven success managing customer relationships and providing outstanding customer service
- Experience with office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Photoshop
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Some horticultural experience preferred
- Strong work ethic, confident, organized and meets deadlines
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with the passion and determination to work hard to meet or exceed goals.
This is an office job with occasional travel. You will work behind a desk, offer products via email, describe and sell products on the phone and provide customer service. This is a full time position and hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday-Friday.
Compensation: Base hourly salary plus commissions and incentives
