This unique opportunity can be tailored to you - the position is available at our head office in Toronto, ON or at a satellite location in Texas. Finding a sharp mind and confident communicator with a book of business and a heart for high-paced, top-grossing sales is what’s key.

Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Develop and oversee the Texas lane
  • Bring customers and carriers to Scout
  • Manage existing corporate accounts
  • Build relationships with new customers over the phone
  • Generate a contact base of carriers (a.k.a. trucks)
  • Negotiate rates between customers and carriers
Ideal Candidate: 
  • Is a natural-born salesperson with a proven track record
  • Has a book of business to bring to Scout
  • Has exceptional work ethic
  • Thrives multitasking
  • Is a master of negotiation
  • Has remarkable communication skills
  • Can develop relationships and generate customers over the phone
