Responsibilities:

• Assist with computerized grower accounting and general accounting tasks.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports.
• Analyze data and identify potential issues.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or similar field (Bachelor's preferred).
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, with grower accounting experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred, but not required).
