We began by growing North Shore European Cucumbers® and, as our company expanded, we never lost sight of our original commitment to customers. Over a decade ago, we saw a need for culinary-grade herbs that were at their freshest when the consumer brought them home. Out of that vision, North Shore Living Herbs® sprouted.
