Job Summary: The position is for an administrative entry level role supporting our Sales Executive Team in Fort Lauderdale, Fl. This will include data entry of customer orders, problem solving, and administrative follow-up.
You will be involved in the following functions:

Assist with answering the phone and transferring calls to appropriate parties.

Responding to customer inquiries and complaints.

Monitor accounts to ensure customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.

Listening to and resolving customer complaints regarding produce related issues. Communicating critical issues to the salesperson/manager.

Communicating with the Shipping Dept. to ensure accuracy with customer orders.
Qualification/requirements: High School Diploma/GED. College degree preferred but not required. Bilingual is a plus.
- Good communication skills.
- Computer Knowledge.
- Fast Learner.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
