To be a good fit for the Raw Product Supply Planner opportunity, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of procurement and supply chain experience in a produce or agriculture role.
  • A strong understanding of the row crops seasonal transition, forecasting, and harvest coordination.
  • The ability to record and report out harvest, yield, quality, and supply information in a way that is understandable and can be shared with people throughout the organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in the use of a computer, including knowledge of JD Edwards (or a similar platform), G Suite, and Microsoft suite programs.
  • Leadership skill and the ability to provide guidance and promote and .environment and collaborative culture within the department.
  • A proven ability to work cross-functionally with a bias for action to ensure work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to work alone for extended periods of time.
