We now have a tremendous opportunity for a Director of Strategic Sourcing & Supply to join our team in Salinas, CA.
The Director of Strategic Sourcing & Supply is responsible for full end-to-end leadership from the time the product is cooled to the time it is shipped to Bonduelle’s processing facilities. This person will be accountable for planning, organizing, and managing across the entire AG value chain. The Director of Strategic Sourcing & Supply is someone who is a great communicator, project manager, and an analytical thinker. Most importantly they are someone who is a natural collaborator and a team player, that will be able to get the most out of the existing team.

Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role with proven hands-on management skills.
- Ability to understand the supply chain process from sourcing-to-shelf, develop solutions and implement action plans.
- Courage to make tough decisions, challenge current processes and to deliver difficult messages with professionalism.
- A passion for learning and a craving to work in a fun culture.
- Systems: JDE or similar ERP system experience. Tableau or similar reporting database experience. Strong familiarity with Excel.
- Ability to travel as needed.
