JOB FILLED - Customer Service Supervisor

Job Description: 

Over the span of 40 years, Brothers Produce has become the largest produce distributor in Texas. We cover greater Dallas/Ft Worth area. We distribute a full line of fresh fruits and vegetables, specialty items, and processed items to meet the customers' needs. Offering high-quality products and excellent customer service, we supply a broad range of foodservice and retail customers with a fleet of more than 100 refrigerated trucks.

We have an immediate opening for a full time Customer Service Supervisor to join our team in Garland, TX.

The Customer Service Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the customer service department, and is responsible for ensuring that customers are satisfied at all times. The ideal candidate will be able to plan, coordinate and manage the activities of the customer service team to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organizational and operational objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in the produce industry preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred, but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software
  • Produce Pro software experience is a plus
  • Proactive mindset to get ahead of problems
  • Has the motivation and willingness to take on more responsibilities and be held accountable
  • Creative problem solver, with fast solutions for day to day problems
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Works well in a highly active team in a collaborative environment.
