We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for servicing existing customer relationships via phone, email and customer portal platforms. You will also help advise customers of product availability, pricing, quality, and other key elements needed to manage the customer relationship.
The successful candidate will have:
- Retail Link experience is a MUST
- The ideal candidate should have experience with Famous Software but is not a must
- Excellent customer service skills with good verbal and written skills
- Well organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem solving
- Proficient with the following Microsoft Office applications: Excel and Word
- Ability to keep up in a fast-paced and fluid sales environment
