We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Fresh Produce Dispatch Specialist to support our growing retail operations.
As a Dispatch Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our high-quality produce products to our customers. You will be responsible for scheduling deliveries, coordinating with drivers, and tracking shipments to ensure on-time arrival. Additionally, you will provide support to our sales and customer service teams.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule deliveries and coordinate with drivers to ensure on-time arrival
- Track shipments and update customer information as needed
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide shipment status updates
- Process delivery documentation and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve any delivery issues
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
