Job Description:
This position works directly with our VP of Sales and Marketing. In this role, you will be optimizing our current marketing strategies and integrating new ideas that align with our company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Learning the various operations at Procacci Brothers and its affiliated companies.
- Analyzing market trends and generating marketing strategies.
- Developing creative B2B marketing plans with department leaders.
- Supporting Sales Team with relevant marketing tools to generate new business.
- Promoting our companies at trade shows and major industry-related events.
- Managing all online avenues, print materials, and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with executives and peers.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Social Media Platforms.
- Willingness to work in-person.
- Must be enthusiastic and reliable.
Compensation/Salary:
$60K to $68K
