As we expand, we’re seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to lead growth and customer success. This is a remote role.
Role Overview:
The Regional Sales Manager will drive regional revenue growth by expanding relationships with existing clients and securing new business. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a competitive environment, excels at building partnerships, and consistently delivers results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to exceed revenue and growth targets
- Grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and delivering added value
- Prospect and secure new customers (distributors, restaurant chains, purchasing groups)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Partner with internal teams on pricing, promotions, logistics, and product quality
- Forecast, analyze sales data, and adjust strategies to align with market trends
- Represent DNO Produce at trade shows, expos, and regional events
- Travel frequently throughout the territory
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in foodservice, produce distribution, or related commodity business
- Proven success with foodservice distributors, restaurant chains, or purchasing groups
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic and analytical mindset; comfortable with forecasting, pricing, and margins
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office (Excel), and sales tracking technology
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
