The Fresh Wave LLC is currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Operations Manager for our Warehouse located in Vineland, New Jersey. The Operations Manager is responsible for leading, organizing, and directing warehouse operations, a crucial role in this fast paced industry. It will be your top priority to execute all phases of operations; including receiving product, product flow and quality control, product packaging and materials inventory, shipping, and maintenance/sanitation of the equipment and overall facility.

- Working knowledge of fresh fruit and vegetable products, sizes, and descriptions
- Experience with Famous Software preferred
- Competency in operating computers and printers
- Bilingual highly preferred - English/Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage fast-paced situations and frequent changes while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Basic math skills - addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Demonstrated initiative, good judgement, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through excellence in employee management, dispatching, receiving, and quality assurance
- Act as a liaison between crew members, inter-company departments, and drivers
- Respond to direction from upper-management
- Communicate effectively
- Train and oversee all personnel on specific job tasks, overall safety, and food safety requirements
- Safely and efficiently manage operation of facility equipment
- Enforce compliance with company-wide, local, state, and federal rules and regulations, policies and procedures
- Complete, review, and approve required documentation and maintain necessary recordkeeping
