We have an immediate opportunity for a Produce Sales Lead to join our team in Wooster, OH.
The Produce Sales Lead’s goal is to provide excellent service to our wholesale & retail customers.The goal is to increase customer’s and grower satisfaction, loyalty, retention and increase business with new customers.
The person we’re looking for has:
- Proven experience and knowledge of produce sales.
- Ability to communicate effectively with produce buyers in person and by phone.
- Proficient use of Excel spreadsheets and ability to analyze data on them.
- Critical Thinking skills, The ability to weigh options and choose the best one.
- Ability to travel to customer locations as needed.
- Ability to organize time efficiently among a variety of duties.
We offer a competitive compensation package ($50,000-$80,000 per year DOE), and an amazing work environment.
