We have an amazing opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Durham, NC.
The Business Development Manager will lead our Sales + Purchasing team, grow our current customer and vendor account relationships and establish new accounts. This individual manages the proof-of-concept, design and procurement of branded packaging, creates retail and foodservice programs and promotions, monitors sales goals, and analyzes all sales, purchasing and product accounts. Qualified candidates must be a great leader, communicator, and self-starter; must have several years in the produce industry; must be passionate about selling; and must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

- Able to travel up to 50% of the time
- Have a minimum of 3 years of fresh produce experience
