We are now seeking a Field Operations Manager to join our team based in Fowler, CA.
As a Field Operations Manager you would be required to teach, train, and assist our fumigation department. This individual must be able to plan, direct and coordinate day to day operations. As well as improve performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability within operations. Must be able to create new ideas to build new market relationships, by locating and developing. In addition to maintaining current accounts.
Customary travel of 35-40% required.
We offer a competitive compensation package ($55,000 to $75,000 per year DOE), and a tremendous opportunity for personal and professional growth.
