We have a terrific opportunity for a Plant Manager to join our team in Doral, FL.
The plant Manager will oversee efficiency and production, while increasing production, minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards. They will be responsible for production output, product quality, food safety protocols, and on-time shipping.
The successful candidate will have:
- Operations or similar field College Degree
- Two years experience in production (food industry preferably)
- Experience Managing large groups of people
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Office Software knowledge, especially Excel
