Job Description: 

Interfresh, Inc. is a national leading fruit and vegetable marketer/distributor with 8 sales offices in the western United States. We are a supplier to wholesale, foodservice and retail buyers in the western region and chances are that you have eaten product we have sold at a restaurant near you! Learn more about our company at We are currently in search of a sales assistant for our Sales office in San Bruno, CA that will help our growing team get to the next level! 

Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Provide administrative support to sales staff
  • Regular interaction with customers, vendors and staff within the office as well as other divisions within the company
  • Maintain office files and documents
  • Processing of sales orders
  • Responding to emails, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
  • Handle billing issues
  • Processing of sales orders
  • Experience with Famous Software a plus
  • Desire to work in an energetic, fast paced sales environment 
  • Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent customer service skills both in person and on the phone
  • Bi-lingual candidates preferred but not required
  • High school degree required; a four year or associates degree a plus
  • A great attitude!
