We have an immediate opportunity for an Integrated Pest Management Supervisor to join our team in Salinas, CA

The IPM supervisor  will work very closely with our cultivation and production teams. Ability to work independently is a must. Excellent time management and organizational skills required. Applicant must have exceptional communication and record keeping skills in a highly dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

The successful candidate will lead our integrated pest management program including monitoring & scouting pests and disease, scheduling spray applications and rotations, keeping detailed records, supervising spray applications and ensure optimal spray techniques are being applied. They will work closely with Cultivation/Production teams and serve as main point of contact with state and local officials.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a commercial horticultural or agricultural position (preferred).
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Be willing to work flexible hours.
  • Be able to obtain pesticide applicator license.
  • Team player with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Willingness to learn.
