We've worked hard to gain our customers' confidence. Beginning with Southern California supermarket chains, which have been our clients for three decades, we've expanded to become a national grower-shipper.
| We now have an opening for a Facilities Maintenance Manager to implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program for all packing equipment, cold storage systems and related machinery prioritizing timely repairs to equipment and machines. This is a full-time, year-round position. |

Requirements:
- Regularly required to use hands & finger to feel/grasp
- Reach with both hands and arms
- Able to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Able to perform task that require stooping, bending, kneeling, climbing, pulling, and pushing
- Worked performed in wet environment, cold storage, outside weather conditions, uneven walking surfaces, among forklift traffic, chlorine and loud noise
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Ensure all packing line equipment, cold storage systems, & related machinery are in good working condition
- Ensure all proper tools for repairs are available and in good working condition.
- Respond to all repair request
- Troubleshoot/Diagnose failures
- Dismantling equipment for repairs
- Order parts needed for repairs
- Record details of repairs and parts used on equipment
- Maintain open communication with others
- Promote safety within the workplace
- Help maintain a clean and safe shop
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
- Valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma/GED
- Experience in Facilities Maintenance Management Repair within a produce packing facility.
- Knowledge of electrical motors, electrical systems, welding, fabrication and a basic understanding of schematics and diagrams.
- Strong communications skills and ability to work with many personality types
- Team player with good work ethic
- Willingness to work long hours when necessary
