We now have an opening for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Naples, FL.
This will be a hands-on position where the successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, directing, and coordination of all warehousing activities. Will maintain a properly staffed and trained department to ensure product is moving smoothly, accurately, and efficiently. Must drive key performance indicators for safety, personnel management, accuracy, and cost savings, and maintain efficient utilization of manpower through proper scheduling and training in order to maintain a high level of productivity and continuous improvement.
We’re looking for driven individuals with managerial experience as well as produce and dairy (preferred) but we are willing to train the right person.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong work ethic with good people skills
- A hands-on ability to lead and train others.
- 2 years- experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Operations supervisory knowledge
- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish is very beneficial.
