Pack Fresh Processors, LLC is a custom packer for Field Fresh Farms. We are looking for a senior management person in our processing and shipping operations. We have a family-oriented culture, which has supported a rapid growth. Due to this growth, we now need a person with a wide skill set ranging from production, food safety, compliance, shipping, and human resources. This person will be responsible for concise communication between operations and sales.
We are performance- metric driven organization. The person in this role will be required to develop new metrics to support future demands. This role requires very good communication skills, problem solving ability and the use of analytical tools. In addition, this person will be accountable for budgeting and developing a team that delivers. This position is based in Watsonville, CA and will require regular travel to Yuma, AZ during the winter season. We are looking for a talented individual which has at least 5-7 years of managerial experience.

- Food Safety Certifications
- Must have analytical knowledge in SPC, CPI and quality management
- Demonstrate ability to develop and manage teams in a fast growth organization
- Strategically develop processes to support long term growth and adapt to business changes
- This position will report directly to the ownership
