Job Description: 

The essential function of this position is to help accomplish the “Best Citrus Sales and Marketing Company” in the industry perception by our social responsibility example and to ensure the quality of our product. This position is an integral part of a successful Quality Control team and ensures operational excellence by supporting not only the quality personnel, but our customers and other business partners. 

Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Report to Operations and Quality Control staff.
  • Monitor quality of fruit being packed and repacked daily to ensure product quality meets or exceeds specifications o Troubleshoot problems associated with incoming and finished goods.
  • Travel to surrounding fields to check fruit quality and report findings to sales and operations staff.
  • Create a daily run plan and repack plan every night for next day packing.
  • Work closely with warehouse manager to coordinate packing.
Requirements: 
  • Agree with and stand by the Company Mission Statement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal/teamwork skills required.
  • Superior organization, planning, multitasking and prioritizing skills.
  • Positive, outgoing personality.
  • Be able to easily form relationships with business partners.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Solid computer knowledge: Microsoft office programs.
  • Famous Software knowledge.
  • Ability to work long or flexible hours.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Spanish bilingual is preferred.
  • Current driver’s license with good driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Willing to travel if needed.
