This role will be based in our Salinas, CA office. We are unable to offer sponsorship for work authorization for this role.
We are seeking to hire a Procurement Sales Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to join a team and great company with awesome growth opportunities!
What you'll be doing with us:
- Check and make sure all passings are accurate and priced correctly
- Put the passings in the attachments and shipping the files accordingly
- Do Trouble Reports
- Make sure files are marked correctly for troubles
- Keep a detailed list of all trouble reports for the buyer/buyers they assist
- Follow up and make sure troubles are settled in a timely manner
- Enter troubles into the system
- Make sure the troubles are resolved and closed out in the system
About You:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ year(s) of accounting experience preferred
- Excel experience required
- High attention to detail
- Good follow-through and organizational skills
