Description
We are seeking to hire a Procurement Sales Coordinator. This role will be based in our Suwanee, GA office.
What you'll be doing with us:
- Help team increase sales and meet goals of team.
- Execute the day to day buying on contract, including but not limited to order entry, cross checking order confirmations, and making necessary revisions.
- Execute custom contracts and some open market buys specified by team week to week.
- Maintain accurate contract pricing.
- Work with custom team and be available for custom meetings and roll outs.
- Work with growers to ensure accurate loading.
- Field phone calls and emails to assist with truck needs or loading issues.
- Foster relationships with growers and distributors.
- Make sure that compliance is being met on contracts.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ year(s) of accounting experience preferred
- Excel experience required
- High attention to detail
- Good follow-through and organizational skills
