With over 30 years of experience in produce, our growing operations allows us to continuously meet volume, seasonal, regional, and national packaging requests to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
We have a tremendous opportunity now available for a Divisional Sales Manager to establish our new “Wet Vegetable” division, and take full responsibility for the sales of Lettuce, Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Cabbage.
The person we’re looking for will have:
- Produce sales experience, minimum 2 years.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Must have an existing book of customers and/or suppliers.
- Proven sales managerial success.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and oral.
- Domestic & international travel on a need basis.
- Import/Export experience a plus.
- Bilingual highly encouraged.
- Must be able to work weekends on a need basis.
- Must have exceptional customer service skills and able to work well with others.
