We have a terrific opportunity for a Farm Supervisor to join our team at our Jennings, FL location.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful and expanding agricultural operation. We are seeking a “take the initiative” candidate who adapts well to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Reporting to the Farm Manager, the successful candidate will primarily focus to be on all aspects of farming including labor supervision, participate in the training and positive leadership of employees supervise the farm in accordance with established food safety regulations, and assist in the execution of planting, fertilizing, and irrigation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in a commercial farm environment
- Team player that collaborates on work in progress
- Organized with a keen attention to detail
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
