We now have an opportunity for a Farm Supervisor/Compliance to join our team in Immokalee, FL.
Take advantage of an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful and expanding agricultural operation. We are seeking a “take the initiative” candidate who adapts well to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will primarily focus to be on farm compliance and other aspects of farm supervision; participate in the training and positive leadership of employees, along with the implementation of Food Safety regulations. They will also engage Quality Assurance initiatives to ensure optimal product reaches the marketplace.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in Food Safety/Quality Assurance.
- Team player that collaborates on work in progress.
- Organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
