We’re looking for an experienced warehousing professional with management experience to join our team in Vineland, New Jersey.
The successful candidate will be tasked with increasing operational efficiency and ensuring a safe environment. They will be responsible for tracking and managing inventory, ensuring the warehouse is kept clean and safe, and evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient work-flow processes.
The successful candidate will have:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience- 5 years warehouse with inventory and related functions; 2 years management/supervisory
- Extensive produce industry knowledge-- including warehousing, storage, and distribution.
- Proficient in MS Office and experience on accounting software or similar software.
- Knowledge/Experience with a WMS. Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resolve conflict/issues with employees directly reporting to this position.
