We now have an immediate opening for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Fullerton, CA.
The Customer Service Specialist will be the “face of the company. The ideal candidate for this position will have the ability to effectively multi-task in a high-volume capacity while servicing customers.

- Answer incoming customer service calls
- Assist customers with questions and/or concerns regarding their accounts
- Provide excellent customer service and customer relations
- Handling customer issues/requests maximizing customer satisfaction
- Support customer orders such as new customer account
- Maintaining high customer retention, customer satisfaction
- Verify information/answer customer inquiries
- Maintain reports through customer service
- Improve the customer service function and customer experience
- Proficient Data Entry/10 Key Skills
- Working knowledge of ProducePro System
- Familiar with Produce/Specialty items
- Able to work nights/weekends
- Cooking/Chef/Restaurant experience helpful
- Must speak English and Spanish
