Executive Director of Sales – USA IMPORTS DIVISION
We are currently searching for a dynamic Executive Director of Sales for our USA Imports Division, who is passionate about fruit and has a reputation for being a star performer to join our company. In this position you will be responsible for taking a leadership role in our largest division company wide.
- Minimum 5 years of imported fresh produce experience, ideally in any of these categories: avocados, berries, grapes, and/or citrus.
- Must have previous leadership experience at a director or executive level and take accountability for achieving division goals and implementing corporate strategy.
- Ideal candidate has been in a sales role in the past and understands the selling process.
- Current USA Import Division team is made up of 7 people (sales, sourcing, and admin roles), however we are looking to continue expanding our team.
- Currently this division imports mainly Mexican avocados & berries.
- Objectives are to further grow our current categories with additional origins, develop import programs for new categories (grapes & citrus), develop imports in our own label for avocados, and increase our retail customer base for berries, grapes, & citrus.
- Experience working with suppliers abroad is encouraged, as both our division sourcing team member and our other divisions abroad will do a significant portion of the sourcing.
- Location can be either based in our Las Vegas office or work remotely (home office).
