We are seeking an eager, energetic, and organized individual for the Inbound Coordinator role in our Portland, OR offices.
We’re looking for someone who can stay organized with a lot going on and ensure nothing is falling through the cracks. This person will enter all inbound fruit into the system, monitor arrivals and ensure all corresponding documentation has been received and uploaded. They will communicate with growers, warehouses and QC staff utilizing all information available to ensure system accuracy.
The successful candidate will have:
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Fresh fruit experience desired but not required
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree and/or comparable professional experience
