Job Description: 
Customer Service and Support, Information Technology and Web, Membership United Fresh is seeking a Database Manager to lead responsibility for updating and maintaining accuracy of all association member and prospect databases, as well as developing processes for automated member service and business development communications. This position reports to the Vice President, Member Services.
Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Regularly update and reconciling information from various data sources.
  • Develop criteria for custom data reports and queries.
  • Develop and maintain targeted lists for association sales, outreach and informational campaigns.
  • Manage database functions for association listservs, registration systems and publications store.
  • Serve as lead data manager working with outside registration vendors on annual convention and other major meeting registration.
  • Execute the annual membership renewal campaign, including invoicing.
  • Produce and maintaining reports related to membership and business development data.
  • Work with staff and vendors on troubleshooting and enhancing association data resources, including AMS, CMS and registration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to detail in all areas of work.
  • High aptitude for compiling, generating, and analyzing data.
  • Ability to interact well with staff and members through both oral and written communications.
  • Experience with association management software/database preferred.
  • Combination of education, certifications and work experience to include a minimum of three to five years of delivering technology and database services to associations preferred.
