Based in Washington State’s beautiful Skagit Valley, we are currently searching for an energetic, experienced, focused and trustworthy person to join our sales team. We are a leading organic sales & amp; marketing company with a core business in apples and pears.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be highly motivated, personable and outgoing.
And, you will have:
- 5+ years of experience in produce sales and/or retail produce buying/merchandising knowledge.
- Degree in business or sales related field.
- Must be persuasive negotiator.
- Must be able to speak fluent English and have a clear and confident phone voice.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A good working knowledge software including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Self-motivated with a strong will and an internal desire to succeed.
- Ability to recognize and define problems, find possible solutions and execute a plan to overcome them.
- Professional and polished demeanor when working with others.
