Job Description:
The Outside Sales Representative/ Account Manager works to keep the company growing and maintains a face to face relationship with Crosset Company Customers.

Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- Have an understanding of retail operations, margins and profitability.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably dealing with produce specifically
- Strong customer service and rapport
- Great persuasive and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and Microsoft Office software.
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships
- Outgoing attitude with a passion for top-notch customer service
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate customer records
- Experience negotiating and solving complex problems

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage current customer base through frequent communications and excellent service
- Identify and leverage various opportunities for business development
- Work to meet all established sales targets
- Regular travel to service areas with the purpose of representing the company and achieving assigned goals.
- Outbound cold calls to sell company products
- Maintain a professional company image and demeanor at all times
- Identify sales performance opportunities for improvement
- Find ways to improve sales team performance
- Monitor market conditions in relation to competitors and produce
- Build strong, trusting, and successful relationships with customers
- Utilize various technology and equipment in order to fulfill the job requirements
Qualifications:
- High School diploma. Secondary education preferred
- Ability to follow procedures and work instructions. Good abstract reasoning skills
- Ability to read and write legibly, with excellent grammar, and oral and written communication skills
- Ability to perform simple calculations involving adding, counting, subtracting, division and multiplication
- Position specific. May be required of some positions
- Employee may be required to manually lift items that range from 5 pounds to 60 pounds.
- Must be capable of sitting, standing, bending, climbing, lifting, or walking for various periods of time.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus
- This position is in a non-controlled and controlled temperature environment depending on day or location and there will be times it will be necessary to enter a refrigerated warehouse environment
