Job Description: 

Chantler Packages Inc. (Toronto, ON) is a custom manufacturer of flexible packaging solutions for growers, packers and food manufacturers across the globe. A part of Packages Group Ltd, Chantler Packages is a pioneer driven to improve the sale, shelf life and carbon footprint of fresh food retailing through engineered packaging solutions.

We are looking for a Key Account Coordinator to provide day-to-day sales and administrative support to the Head of Export Sales and various functional team leads.

To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks for different teams/clients at the same time. If you have experience with marketing campaigns and understand what excellent customer service is, we would like to meet you. Our ideal candidate is able to both administer daily sales activities and brainstorm innovative ideas to improve our client relationships.

Ultimately, you will drive growth to our company by being an essential part of the Account Management team.

Requirements: 
  • Proven work experience as an Account Coordinator, sales coordinator, customer service or similar role
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office in particular)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software (salesforce.com)
  • Experience with marketing/advertising campaigns
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Degree or certificate in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
  • Packaging or produce industry knowledge preferred
  • Hold a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
  • Ability to attend training and meetings at the head office in Toronto from time to time
  • Work from home and communicate daily with customers and internal stakeholders
Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Facilitate, nurture and develop sales with key accounts
  • Measure and track essential sales and customer satisfaction indicators
  • Deepen relationship and account intelligence
  • Update internal databases with account information
  • Prepare external sales reports
  • Prepare sales-related documents, such as quotes or RFQ’s
  • Update databases with account information, sales history and perform basic activity analysis
  • Coordinate meetings and visit customers on an as-needed basis
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and post-sales service
  • Communicate customer feedback to Marketing, Sales, Production and Customer Service
  • Create detailed reports of campaigns’ results
  •  Initiate and facilitate new sales projects
  • Track and report activities to the company CRM
  • Measure customer satisfaction through various account performance matrices
