Requirements: 
  • Successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence others credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to implementation
  • Strong business sense with industry expertise preferred
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
  • Strong aptitude for using computers and various software programs
Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Development and maintenance of customer relationships
  • Identifying sales opportunities within existing customers
  • Business development with potential new accounts
  • Identification of emerging markets, marketplace changes, and new products
  • Daily management and direction of internal and external sales teams
  • Creation of plans and supporting strategies
  • Report performance and realistic forecasts to the management team
