We are a vertically integrated importer/ shipper of tropical fruits and vegetables with distribution throughout the United States and Canada. With over 50 years of experience we are well equipped to meet our client’s tropical needs.
We are currently searching for an Export Manager to join our team in Miami, FL. to focus on exporting to the Caribbean Islands.
The successful candidate will be experienced and with a client list to create, head up, and grow our export division using our company's vast resources and facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to step up to make a name for themselves, and build a future.
Salary/Commission commensurate with production.

Requirements:
- Successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence others credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to implementation
- Strong business sense with industry expertise preferred
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
- Strong aptitude for using computers and various software program
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Development and maintenance of customer relationships.
- Identifying sales opportunities within existing customers.
- Business development with potential new accounts.
- Identification of emerging markets, marketplace changes, and new products.
- Creation of plans and supporting strategies.
- Report performance and realistic forecasts to the management team
