Are you a Produce Sales Professional with a B.S. in Business and/or 5 years of experience in a Produce Sales Environment?  Do you have the strong managerial and negotiation skills with the ability to motivate and resolve problems among customers, co- packers, and employees?

We are now searching for Regional Sales Managers to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, a strong relationship with key decision makers and customers in their defined areas is a critical factor in order to grow market share and introduce new items.

Compensation/Salary: 
$85,000 Per Year DOE
Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Help Potandon acquire new customers and sell additional products to existing customers to increase market share and achieve financial and volume growth.
  • Help to define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
  • Regular consultations with VP of Variety Sales and Business Development and administration to ensure company, brand, and product goals are being met.
