We are currently looking for an experienced Controller to lead our financial team in Santa Paula, CA.
- Prepare and file all SEC required reports including 10Q, 10K and Proxy statements.
- Oversee the activities of the accounting department for the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal and external monthly financial statements, annual audits and annual budgets.
- Calculate estimated tax rate and work with auditors in preparing annual income tax returns.
- Coordinate quarterly financial press releases.
- Administer the company’s stock option plan.
- Maintain company’s compliance with SEC reporting requirements.
- Oversee ongoing compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
- Oversee the activities of the disbursement department ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, purchase orders, petty cash, employee expense reports and cash control.
- Perform acquisitions ‘due diligence’.
- Member of the disclosure committee.
- Other duties and projects as assigned or required.
