We are a leading Grower/Shipper in the Baby leaf Salads segment of the produce industry with growing fields in the Salinas Valley and the Yuma, AZ areas with customers throughout North America and the Caribbean.
We are currently searching for Regional Sales Managers to help us grow our business by working with existing customers, as well as developing new ones. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling the process of prospecting, selling and servicing customers. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of brand building through account management and building consumer sales of value-added products that exceed expectations.
What we’re looking for:
- At least three years of experience as a regional manager or similar position in the selling of value-added produce items.
- Knowledge of sales processes and the end to end needs for running a sales region.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Expertise in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Undergraduate college degree.
