We have an immediate opening for a Sales Planning Analyst to join our team in Fresno, CA.
The Sales Planning Analyst is responsible for managing the weekly estimation and planning of harvest for all growing programs. Exceptional communication skills are a must with strong bilingual (Spanish-English) ability.
Strong emphasis on accuracy and timeliness of communication back and forth from our operations and grower teams. Responsibilities focused on keeping operations and sales team updated on estimates for production flow of optimum quality produce with advanced notice on any/all potential issues that could impact this goal.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication skills a must via: phone, email, direct person to person
- Effective bilingual communication in Spanish and English
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Methodical and analytic thinking critical to planning/preparing production based upon ever changing weather-related events.
- Must be able to effectively manage responsibilities under emergency pressures.
- High intensity, awareness, and agility while maintaining accuracy
- Enjoy fast-paced and volatile produce sales environment
- High emotional intelligence and strong character – ability to share “bad” news that needs to be heard and have empathy for affected department(s)
- Unrelenting problem-solver
- Travel as required to grower sites to establish strong relationships.
