We now have an immediate opening for a Territory Supervisor-Walmart to join our team in Wenatchee, WA.
The Territory Supervisor WM will be accountable for market share growth, and hitting sales target goals in their territory. They will be responsible for managing, servicing and maintaining all Live Goods Merchandise at the Walmart locations in their territory, as well as managing a team of Merchandisers, and forging critical business-to-business relationships with Walmart Managers.

- Must have excellent selling skills with effective use of interpersonal relationships.
- 2-3 years previous retail/merchandising experience preferred.
- 2-3 years Supervisory experience preferred.
- 3-5 years Customer Service experience preferred.
- Effective computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Prior experience in nursery and bedding plants a plus.
- Ability to drive to and from your assigned stores – road warrior.Must have reliable transportation and a current driver’s license with auto insurance.
- Pushing/pulling fully loaded rolling delivery racks of product (approx weight 300-500 lbs.) lifting/carrying flats of product to racks or tables through garden center (approximate weight 5-40 lbs.)
- Leaning over tables and end caps to organize and stock product.Unloading delivery racks of plant materials.
- Work long hours as need during busy season, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work outside in inclement weather, rain, wind, heat, cold, direct sun, etc.
- Smartphone is required.
